Take your children to private school, please!

Take education for example, the government has special education programs both for grade school and high school. These are SpEd (Special Education), SSC (Special Science Class), and SPA (Special Program for the Arts), to provide quality yet affordable education for children whose parents can’t afford to send them to private schools.
Yet look at the majority of the populations of these schools, they belong from the middle to the upper level of the society. Depriving the poor of having a slot to these programs. Why? Because they are the ones who have the access, the contacts, the information.
And since most of these children have parents who are capable of paying, their parents want them to enjoy the perks that children from private school enjoy. Computers, TV, Airconditioned Rooms, DVD players at every classrooms, lockers, etc. There’s nothing wrong with that, but the government cannot really provide for it. Remember, this is public school which runs on public funds.
