This afternoon, I got a call from Jollibee. It was regarding the customer complaint I sent their head office. I was surprised since this happened two months ago, and I haven’t received any feedback after that.
As I have written on my blog post regarding that incident, I got an acknowledgement email from their head office and a call from a certain Jenny from the store’s branch. Both seeking apology and saying that this matter would be looked upon. That’s it. After which, I haven’t heard from them again… until now.

Will you be kind enough to give me P10,000? If I would ask you that now, what would you say or do? Maybe you would tell me – “in your dreams!”, “no way, jose!”, “do I look like someone stupid to you?” or maybe you would just look at me from top to bottom as if I am out of my senses.
Okay, so we got off to a wrong start. Let me rephrase that question. Will you help me get a chance to win P10,000? And by doing so, you could actually get a shot at it too yourself! Well, P10,000 by the way is in Philippine peso, given the current rate in US dollars today it would amount to approximately $220, and more given the current trend.
