I am lucky that whenever I encounter some technical glitch in my blogging or in using the computer in general, I can always holler at some friends for Computer Support and they will immediately come to my aid. It is really important to have technical support at hand, especially when you are as clueless as this blogger when it comes to technical stuff.
It’s easy for individuals like me. But for businesses, whether big or small, it’s a different story. Some companies even invest on having their own IT department to make sure that somebody can take care of problems when it comes to computers.
Of course, not all companies can afford to have their own technical department. That is why companies seek out IT Services from external technical support company for their problems. They think it is not cost-effective for them to maintain a separate department, when they can have someone on-call for the purpose. Especially, when their use of computers and computers programs in their business isn’t that extensive. But in the future, I’m sure they would like to have their own IT.
If you are a technical personal, you might want to explore freelance IT Consulting services. I know of some friends who were successful in this. They started out as freelance, and now they have their own consulting companies. Just a thought.

For me, it’s really important to have a technical support services in a certain company, cause when the problem occur, the IT personnel will immediately there to take the repair or any checkup to the computers. Like PhilAm OSI, they have their own IT personnel over the years. They developed core competencies and experience in process engineering, programming and other technical expertise.
