2008 saw me posting feedback and reviews of services that I have experienced and seen firsthand. From the water district’s system of charging their subscribers from their employees’ inefficiency, the CAP’s refusal to fulfill their obligations and the government’s indifference to the plight of the plan holders.

I have also blogged about how uninformed employees of Jollibee don’t know the mechanics of their promo. And this even has a follow-up because Jollibee keeps on calling me. Of course, my latest post about a fastfood was an incident brought about by a request for an extra ketchup.

Being a former banker, I know what to expect when I am on the receiving end of the service. That’s why I was so disappointed when I opened an account at PNB, and I was surprised when I was charged for a check deposit at BDO.

Other articles saw me reviewing mobile technology, I have also featured some articles of my icon Francis Kong, frustrations with ATM’s inefficiencies, and Globe’s disappearing cellphone loads. Of course, I also have other personal articles in between.

Looking forward at 2009, I hope I can find more positive experiences to post this year. Although, my future post on how GSIS have ripped my children the benefits due to them by using technicalities that only they know, may not fall in that category.

Incidentally, part of my plan for 2009 is going back to my personalized business, and with the upcoming month of the hearts, I will be starting with the Chocolates business. Although details of that may be posted later, and perhaps on my Roysville blog.
