		<description>I completely agree with you.  IT IS Valid ID but may not be a valid to drive with, it should still server the purpose of identifying you.  May I remind the banks out there that we pay for their service and as part of their service they protect our money, but by not allowing me to withdraw money because I did not renew my drivers license is absolutely ridiculous.  If I can use my debit card or call the bank on the phone and make wire transfers or do online banking or order/apply for credit cards or additional cards...it seems utterly ridiculous that I cannot cash a check or deposit one because I did not pay $30 to renew a drivers license.  I should not have to be able to drive to prove I am me, especially when I can pass all security questions over the phone to prove my identity to the same bank!</description>
